Our vision determines what we want to become as a youth ministry. The youth ministry we see is a youth ministry that will:

The youth ministry we see aims to CONNECT:

//GROW
The youth ministry we see is one that seeks to GROW. This is 2-fold.
Firstly growth in the lives of our people. Where people have a growing relationship with God, a growing passion for God and a growing faith deeply rooted in the word of God. We want to see passion, devotion, sacrifice and commitment flowing for our people so that as we grow, others will grow around us.
The second area of growth is as a ministry. We believe that God has called us to reach not only our local community, but the city of sydney as well as different parts of the world. We want to reach hundreds and thousands of young people, and we are focussed on growing in number, in capacity, in reach and in faith.
//SERVE
The youth ministry we see will SERVE God, His people, His house and our community with everything they have, holding nothing back. As Jesus came to serve, we should have the same conviction. If we do not serve, our vision is void. Our heart is to empower people to be all that God has called them to be, in response to this we have no choice but to honor the call to serve.
//INFLUENCE
The youth ministry we see has INFLUENCE. I see our youth ministry as a key hub in the sydney central region. The youth ministry in our region and city that young people and youth ministries turn to for help, ideas, direction and relationship. A youth ministry that has such significance that the community and city around it cant help notice it.
We have a heart to be an influence in our community. To be the call for help where there is need.
We also see a youth ministry that is Innovative and creative, so much so that those around it are moved, inspired and empowered to stretch the boundaries and think outside of limitations.
