LOVE // Love is not only part of our vision, but part of our culture. A love for God, a love for His house, a love for His people. The word of God has called us to love not only Him, but others and ourselves. We will build our ministry on love.
SERVANTHOOD // Christ came not to be served but to serve. We want to develop a culture where our leadership serve God wholeheartedly, holding nothing back and expecting anything back. Serving is one key to being planted and seeing growth.
DISCIPLESHIP // We believe in discipleship. Its one thing to accept God, and another to follow Him. We don’t want to see friday night christians, but young people who are trained and inspired by Gods word. Who understand the Bible. Youth who are real and genuine.
FAMILY // We are committed to treating our youth ministry as a family for those who don’t have one. We want young people to come in and feel like they are wanted, they are accepted and that they belong.
WORSHIP // Worship is the heart of God. Worship is the reason for our existence. Worship is the key to intimacy with God. Worship is more than music and sounds, its more than a culture, its a lifestyle and a core element to us.
VISION // We aim to be a youth ministry that is about vision. That is continuously moving forward. That dreams big. We want to think globally but act locally. Not only dream but put vision into practice.
PURPOSE // Everything that we do must have purpose. Not only do we want to in-build purpose and calling into young peoples lives but we want to be a purpose driven youth ministry.
PASSION // We are passionate about seeing passionate young people. Young people are naturally passionate and devoted, our heart is to direct their passion and devotion to the heart of God.
HONOR // Honor is a key in leadership. As we train our young people to lead the way, we aim to impart and train them to honor their leadership, honor each other and honor God.
COMMITMENT // Too often we seen young people fall away & our heart is to see a young people committed to the cause of Christ.
ENCOURAGEMENT // We want to build each other up and edify each other as well as the church.
ACCOUNTABILITY // Accountability keeps people connected, vulnerable, real, genuine, passionate and in Love with God.
FAITH // Faith is the basis of Christianity and must be the basis of our Youth.
HOPE // A hope in God pushes us to dream, to love and believe. We want to instill hope where there is hopelessness.
HUMILITY // We want to be a youth ministry that is humble about what we do. Christ came in humility, and being humble is how we will define ourselves from the world around us.
FUN // Our culture will be about living life to the full, taking risks and opportunities.
SACRIFICE // Christ was the ultimate sacrifice, we want to sacrifice our own ambitions,pick up our cross and follow our God with everything that we have.
GENEROSITY / Our God is extravagant in His love. He gave everything, our heart is to give something back.
